As part of their commitment to this industry, Efret, one of Europe’s leading automotive freight forwarders, has recently strengthened their Customer Service team with the appointment of Bart Pikula.

Bart, formerly with Mahle Automotive, cut his commercial teeth as a Trouble Shooter for some of the most demanding car manufacturers in the world. For example, Bart provided Mahles’ customer service support for the likes of Nissan, Aston Martin, Honda, Ford and Land Rover.

His brief at Efret is to complement the existing team with the kind of insider knowledge that could only be learnt from the other side of the fence.

Working particularly on the Michelin account, his experience will prove invaluable as Efret continues to be a key partner in the tyre manufacturers’ European freight network.
